Such an amazing space to work with! The host was very quick with their responses to our questions and made everything as seamless as possible. There was plenty of street parking and load-in was easy as there was access to their backyard from the driveway. We didn't use every room, but the rooms that we did use were perfect for our shoot. Would definitely like to film here again!

We held a sweet 16 birthday party in the backyard and the space was perfect. The kids had a great time using the jacuzzi and fire pit. The ambiance was great for an intimate gathering of 15 people with many photo opportunities in the landscape. There was a guest house for storage and keeping things out of the way and out of photos. Would highly recommend this location for birthday or dinner party and hope to have a reason to come back! Sean, the host was attentive and made sure the jacuzzi & pool were heated and fire pit was on after dark. Very nice experience.

Incredible house with multiple 5 star locations to shoot. Friendly owners and quite neighborhood, I would definitely recommend.
