The space is great and has lots of good corners for creating different moments. Streamlined communication and easy to book and scout.
Location is complicated for larger shoots. Pasadena is very strict in the permit with vehicles, parking, and shooting time specifically on this street. The film office will require you to have a monitor or a police officer. Consider permitting two weeks in advance in order to fit in all your production needs.

Wow, what a great experience I had with this beautiful home. Calise was an amazing host. She made our dream possible. The home was also so great in person with some of the most iconic midcentury furniture. 10000% would recommend renting this home.

This location is as beautiful as the photos! The furnishings are likewise well dressed and Calise was able to accommodate our production on short notice. She is a considerate and diligent host. Thank you guys!
