I'd like to organise a small drink after the presentations from 7pm to 8pm. Are you offering any service on that regard, do you have glasses and working fridge on site?
I'll be in New York on Friday 29th of April. Would it be possible to have a look before coming on the 4th to check and se what i need to optimise? What time would be more suitable on your end?
