Richard was a great host. Everything was perfect. There were a few planes the flew overhead, and it got a little nosier, occasionally, outside as the day wore on but other than that, it was perfect.

Richard was a responsive and helpful host. The space itself is well represented by the photos, and was perfect for the two documentary interviews we did there.
Parking was simple, with a lot on the same block, ample 4-hour street parking, and the freight elevator makes load-in easy.
If you’re looking for a silent studio, this won’t provide you with that. It’s a loft, so single pane windows, and there was some street noise, but the street is relatively quiet so we didn’t have major problems.
Would recommend this space!

I loved shooting in Richard's space. First off, the pics don't lie! The space is absolutely gorgeous with wonderful natural light throughout the day and can be used in several different ways. Also, Richard was so gracious with us as we were shooting very close to our end time. Thank you, Richard for being a wonderful host.
