Great location with multiple different looks! Nice area of town with plenty of parking lots scattered close to the building. Richard was a great host and I look forward to hopefully using this location again!

We cannot say enough about Richard, our host, and his beautiful location! If you have a chance to grab this loft you should jump on it! He hosted 25 of our daughters friends for a Wes Anderson themed sweet 16 dinner party. Every detail was thought of right down to making sure he had her movie of choice ready to go! He is a great communicator, reliable, quickly addressed any questions or request we had and was always smiling!! Overall this was an amazing experience and we will absolutely be back as soon as we get the chance!

Richard's location is AMAZING. The layout offers a wealth of possible set ups and locations. What's more the lighting is incredible. I would love to take credit for how well our scenes are lit but honestly it's all Richard's design. We used natural light and it looks amazing.
Even more important Richard is a joy to work with. He's a genuinely helpful and nice host who cares deeply and is super communicative.
I would definitely rent from Richard again.

We had an amazing night utilizing this space for a birthday dinner. Richard was an outstanding host and even assisted with our set-up. He ensured that we had everything set up they way we wanted from the lighting to the music. Would highly recommend.
Parking- There was a public parking lot next to the apartment ( at cost) but supper convenient.
Access: Getting inside the building was easy with a code
Space: The pictures accurately depicted the location

Had a fabulous experience. Richard was so friendly and very accommodating with questions and suggestions. Space was perfect for what we needed and we would definitely recommend/book with Richard again in the future!
