Rustic Gallery and Outdoor Hideaway

I booked the Rustic Gallery and Outdoor Hideaway for my husband’s bachelor party before we got married. This was the perfect event space. It’s an absolutely stunning/large space. My husband and his friends are musicians and they were able to get their whole band together to play some songs. His friend and I did a pre-event walkthrough to go over what all was needed and to just tour the place. Everyone there was so kind. They provided cups, plates, utensils for the food we were catering with no extra charge and were overall extremely helpful with all of our requests. My husband and his friends had the best time. I highly recommend booking this fabulous venue. We will remember them for any future events we have! Thanks to CeCe for being so kind and making the booking process so easy!

Rustic Gallery and Outdoor Hideaway

We had an incredible experience filming at The Rustic Gallery and Outdoor Hideaway. On the final day of our shoot, with no location locked and time running out, we discovered the listing on Giggster around 9 AM. CeCe responded within the hour, and her prompt communication and understanding of our urgent timeline made a world of difference. Despite the last-minute nature of our request, we were able to book the space same-day and still meet our noon crew call. The shoot required a flower shop setup and some clearance of the brick wall area near the entrance. Brett and Kelly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering hands-on help and even lending us clothespins that ended up being essential. The venue itself is beautifully styled with rustic furniture and a charming outdoor setting that elevated the look of our production. The team’s professionalism and generosity made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and collaborative. We’d absolutely film here again.

Rustic Gallery and Outdoor Hideaway

This place was absolutely MAGICAL!!! I am in marketing, I throw a LOT of events for work and have seen and used many different venues, but this one was by far the coolest. We had a party of about 30 of us for a gradation/birthday party, and not only is the space absolutely stunning, the staff were so accommodating and helpful before and during the event. There is SO much space, so you don’t feel cramped and there are many different aspects of this venue that create such a unique atmosphere. I would 100% recommend to anyone throwing ANY type of event- the versatility of this venue would be good for a party, small gatherings, big gatherings, weddings… literally anything.. and the mountain view’s are gorgeous! I will definitely be using them again!!
