This is an amazing office space with a fantastic view. Anthony, our site rep, was super communicative, friendly, professional, and helpful, as was Alexandra. I would totally book this location again.

Ktown Modern Offices Conference Room Cityscape The view from the 19th floor offers exceptional production value that's hard to find at an affordable price. When securing your film permit, it's wise to purchase posted parking since this is an urban area. The site representative was knowledgeable and helpful. With two entry/exit points, load-in and load-out were expedited. Weekday shooting is limited because it's a working office, but we managed to work around this, given our budget constraints. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking an office setting that enhances production value.
