Tay was lovely to deal with and was great at communicating. The space was really nice and perfect for our use. We did have a problem, however, where the night before Tay called to tell us we would only be able to be there in the morning, rather than the whole day as we had originally booked. I understand that this was out of her control, but it really screwed up our plans when we had to find somewhere else to go on such short notice, and really disrupted the process of the day.
