We did an audio and video recording session here and it was an absolutely perfect space. Kate was very responsive and met us onsite in the morning to walk us through anything we needed. We were able to move some things around in the venue (including the big black panels, which are on wheels) to make it look exactly the way we wanted. The garage door allowed us to load equipment easily in easily and the green room was great for artists to prep and do makeup. There's a side area with a kitchen and TV where several of the artists were able to hang out when they weren't needed. The space met all of our audio, visual, and lighting needs. For lighting and audio, we could put those on separate breakers, so there was nothing to worry about. I'd highly recommend it and would book it again.
