Large secluded home with beautiful grounds Beautiful home, both inside and out. Kathy and her site rep were great host for our film shoot!! The long driveway for our equipment truck was perfect. Booking process was smooth, and Kathy was responsive to all our questions which was appreciated on our time crunch (it was a quick booking during the holidays).

Large secluded home with beautiful grounds Kathy was one of the best hosts to work with throughout the entire process. Her house and property was amazing to shoot on. Would definitely book again.

Large secluded home with beautiful grounds Kathy was incredibly easy to communicate with. She answered many questions prior to our booking and made herself easily available the day of as things came up. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was truly a delight to chat with. Her space is just as beautiful as the pictures- maybe even moreso in real life! Great shoot. Would absolutely recommend this listing!!!

Large secluded home with beautiful grounds Not only was this venue spectacular, but Kathy was so lovely and easy to work with. My husband and I booked this venue for our wedding ceremony, and it was absolutely stunning. The grounds are impeccable and the house itself is magnificent. Kathy was incredibly helpful with all of the wedding details. She allowed us to come a day early to set up and even helped us during the ceremony to make sure things ran smoothly. I can’t recommend this venue enough. It will always be such a special place for us and I hope it will be for you as well!

Large secluded home with beautiful grounds My wife and I are extremely grateful for Kathy allowing us to use this venue. It had such an intimate and welcoming feel to it. These are words from guests. One even said that this was the best wedding she has been to. I am already recommending this home/venue to friends that will be getting married soon. I even saw Kathy helping out our coordinator on set up. She is extremely flexible and willing to help out as much as she could. I am blown away by this venue and loved everything about it.
