The place it’s a Mid Century style decor, it’s very big and a lot of natural light comes through the sliding windows.
Also the kitchen has great lighting and it’s quite spacious.
Beautiful Location! Fernanda is a pleasure to work with, easy communication, and very accommodating. She was even able to provide contact information to help us get clearance for some of the artwork in her home. I definitely recommend this location and plan to use again for future projects. One of the best experiences we have had thus far with renting a location for production.
Fernanda was very easy to communicate with. Getting in and out of the house was very easy. Her house was fresh, clean, and very photogenic. Ample street parking as its in a quiet neighborhood street. However, be aware of street cleaning times/signs. I got a parking ticket when I probably could have just pulled up in the driveway! HA!
