desi is a modern casual Indian restaurant featuring contemporary Indian food paired with handcrafted cocktails @ Gabru Bar. Our flavors are firmly rooted in Indian food, with influences from around the world, resulting in adventurous, delicious dishes. We believe that the world’s cuisines are more similar than different, and celebrate how various signature dishes, worlds apart, have striking similarities. Started In December 2019. Our story is unique and want to demonstrate how cuisines are similar and how the people's palate has evolved and adapted to different ethnic cuisine. At the same time how food helps people bond. Food is where all good stories start.
