This place has such a cool vibe; it looks exactly as it does in the photos. The interior is very spacious and has modern, stylish furnishings and decorations. A high fence surrounds the large yard so the compound feels like a sort of oasis. The host was communicative and everything went smoothly.
Do keep in mind that you are not meant to go upstairs unless you specifically arrange this with the host, but the ground floor was plenty big for our group of 20. The only other thing to bear in mind is that certain parts of the surrounding neighborhood are rough - a guest of mine arriving at the house passed by the scene of a shooting just blocks away. The specific street the house is on is quiet though. Of course this is no fault of the host, and as mentioned above, the house is surrounded by a high fence.
Overall I would definitely recommend this property!
