Rented this land to throw a 30th birthday party and it did not disappoint - would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to host an event in a cool and quirky industrial atmosphere. Andrew and Mike were awesome to work with and they really helped bring our vision of the space to life. And the space itself is great - sizable, lots of privacy, and an awesome brewery (People's Pint) and awesome distillery (Nickel 9) across the street. Andrew and Mike also have a great setup to help with the logistics of hosting events as well - they provided a generator and a canopy, and had storage space for us to keep our other rental gear over night so that we didn't have to deal with it until the next day. Overall, would definitely recommend this space!
