The bonnie hill house The place was amazing perfect for that tasteful retro vibe- couldn’t be happier! Peter was great

The bonnie hill house It's a pretty place but based on our experience, we don't think it's a good place for filming. We had a 2-day shoot there.
The reasons are as follows-
1. Too many airplanes.
2. No fog machine could be used.
3. Peter who is the owner didn't want us to be there again for tech scouting. After the negotiation, he agreed we could have less 4 people to be there.
4. Two days before the shooting, which was 2 weeks after we paid for the location, he told us that we can't use any kind of tape on set.
5. In the afternoon of our first day there, our PD and art PA were setting up the kitchen, he told us we can't leave our stuff in the kitchen during the night. So we had to put everything back. So if you gonna have some production designing, I don't recommend this place.
6. Two days before the shooting, again, which was 2 weeks after we paid for the location, he told us that we can't set up for the first half of the first day as we didn't pay the full price. We thought the amount we paid was for 2 days.
