This place looked exactly like the photos. One of the rooms that was in the listing ended up not actually being available because someone was living in it now which was a bit of a bummer because we were looking forward to using that room. I recommend confirming with the owner in advance that the areas you are interested in are in fact going to be available. Otherwise, we had no issues. Host was easy to work with and let us do our thing. I would book this place again.

The location owner David is kind and understanding. The ideal owner you could have on a film shoot. The house is also very beautiful and has a lot of personalities.
The only thing is you are not allowed to use the driveway so you would probably want to do parking posting for your truck. Filming here will also trigger a monitor on site so be prepared for that cost.

David was very kind and helpful, and we had access to all of the spaces we needed. Note: You will likely need a FilmLA Monitor when renting from this space, but the space itself is lovely and David is a great host.
