The owner is very kind, communicative, and accommodating. House is very messy, but definitely looks good on camera. The only red flag is the neighbors. They are quite hostile and make filming and permitting more difficult than necessary. We had a very professional and courteous 20-person crew film here during regular hours, yet we were faced with countless challenges from the neighborhood...even WITH all the proper permits. It's clear they've been burned by unprofessional/amateur productions in the past.

David was a phenomenal host for our film shoot. He was tremendously professional, understanding, and accommodating, going out of his way to make us feel like home during our two days here. We highly recommend this space and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
