10/10 location. You basically get 3 sets in one: bar, restaurant, and kitchen. There is so much space for equipment storage and more. Air conditioning runs ice cold, but is quiet. You get some slight noise from Roscoe Blvd, but nothing crazy. Plenty of parking for vans/trucks in a secure parking lot. Nina and Luke are great and our footage turned out great -- I recommend this space to all!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Nina the host was so accommodating and helped make the set look like what I needed. The set looks very authentic. Could definitely pass for a house or apartment. Outside they have a nice big secluded parking lot. Perfect for crew and actors.

Nina's space was amazing for our small e-commerce production! The home was staged beautifully which made production on our end a breeze and she was communicative throughout the entire process. The backyard is also excellent for shooting in. Would definitely recommend and come back :)
