I loved the location, It was tricky to find but my Director manage to find it, once we arrived the location was clean the space is larger than it looks in the photos which it was perfect, and the owner of the location was super kind and friendly the response of the assistant manager was a little bit laggy to respond the phone for my taste but at the end of the day it was a smooth process from beginning to end.
I definitely recommend you to book either your photoshoot or video shoot at this location, the studio offers plenty of interesting scenarios as well as great views of DTLA.

From the start, Yna was responsive and very helpful during the entire booking process. The other studio manager, Adriana, guided me on location once I was booked and she was wonderful as well. Everything was spot on. The studio space itself literally has it in it's title - "abundant light". I was blown away by how much incredible light was coming through. This is a perfect space especially if you want natural lighting! Hands down I would book again. I'm already planning my next project!
