We had such a good experience shooting here. While I never met Surya win person, I did speak to her on the phone and she was always very responsive messaging through the app. She was very helpful in answering questions beforehand and even sent me a walkthrough video when I couldn't see it in person due to my schedule. She sent concise instructions on how to gain access the day of the shoot. Everything went off without a hitch. The location is beautiful, clean and exactly how it appears in the pictures. We used the Carol for a photo shoot for our law firm and the pictures that I've seen so far turned out amazing. Really happy we used The Carol, would use it again, and highly recommend.

The Carol ~ heritage character loft in Gastown
This space!!! What a special building and studio. Surya was a great host and the location was incredible. I would not hesitate to use the space again for future rentals. Can I just live there???
