Derek and his tenants are incredible. Welcoming and kind, and SO willing to work with a crew. We needed exteriors of the courtyard of the building and EVERY ask was considered and if it could be accommodated, was.
One of the rare locations in LA that’s like this! The best!

Derek & Lupe were beyond accommodating and incredibly kind. Not only were super helpful during pre-production, but while we were shooting, they did everything they could to make sure we had a smooth shoot. I would highly recommend their venue. Thank you Derek & Lupe!!!

These hosts are the best I’ve ever met. Words might sounds exaggerated but I recommend this location for film makers to experience the positive minded people the hosts are. Comfort on its high end
