The apartment was bright and well designed like the description. Galia was punctual and friendly.
The only let down was the fact that we were not inform of the host and her roommate having to work from “home”, meaning in the space, throughout our entire booking of 4 hours. It was communicated as we entered the space, 10mins into the booking time.
For that reason and the price paid our team felt a bit deceived. As well, Galia offered to go off the platform to avoid booking fees for future rentals which we felt inappropriate.
We tried communicating with the host after the booking but never got a response from her and it has been 7 days since our message to her.
