I looked a long time before I found Tara’s place for my personal business photoshoot and I’m soo glad I invested in this location!

Home is just a beautiful as the photos and you’ll find even more spots to shoot than you see in the listing.

The light in the location is amazing according to my photo team.
We were able to shoot indoors and outside with no problem.
The decor is soo good that you don’t need props or even your own flowers.
Parking is fine if you don’t have too big a team. We were 7 total.
Waterfalls. Broad shots over the golf course. The stairway. The piano.
Tara accommodated my photographer with a scouting trip, so we knew just how to lay it all out for timing.
Plenty of space!
You can spread out and perfect spot downstairs off kitchen for dressing and makeup area with a wall of windows for natural light.
Host (Tara):
She’s real and kind. We communicated a LOT to get her location booked from overseas home (Australia).
I felt confident booking an 11 hour day with her and flying across the globe to my site.
And when she had an unforeseen issue of the prior days booking running late, so we bumped into her cleaning staff, she knocked herself out to make that right for me on my day and after.
So you can feel safe, that if any issue arises, she’ll treat you fairly.
This was a $20K photo shoot for me, all in, and I can say this was a $20K shoot location.
My images are stunning, epic and iconic.

The house is gorgeous, located with a golf course view on the back. Beautiful layout with attention to details and decoration.
The oasis landscape is top notch. Again, constructed with every details in mind for a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
We booked the whole house for an all day photoshoot. Every corner you turned provided great shots. Tara is the best host and a graceful lady. She was very accommodating to our needs.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and hospitable. They've cultivated a beautiful space, perfect for our film shoot. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous surroundings. I hope to return in the future for other projects!

The space was absolutely beautiful and we were able to get all of the shots we needed in one day. Tara, the location representative, was so accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this location for film/photo shoots!
