The space is a photo studio location rental space catering to film, photo shoots, fashion shoots music video & events. The main studio is an open 4000sqft floor plan with a 40 foot cyclorama, 25 foot high ceilings, a Kitchen/Bar area, and three private bathrooms. A 350sq foot mezzanine looks over the studio & houses controls to lights, 4K projector & private offices. A 3000 sqft foot out door private courtyard/parking lot. Photo video equipment/lights/backdrops/flats available on demand as well as sound equipment. In-house Art department, production design art direction and professional prop fabrication crew with workshop in house. Additionally over 5000 sqft feet of carpentry and workshop space.

Creative Workspace & Event Venue in Miami phenomenal space, it had everything we would have needed and wanted in a space and we were incredibly lucky to have found Simon’s listing so last minute to host a big event as he was also extremely helpful and responsive in answering my questions promptly. he was on the premises to assist us with any issues that may have come up, and in general was a delight to meet and speak with! the extra lights, sound, and projector equipment he offers on hand also really helped our event come together and for the price we would definitely rebook again and recommend to all creatives, thank you again Simon!

Creative Workspace & Event Venue in Miami Excellence and professionalism on full display. Miami is not known for the latter, so I was extremely skeptical when I found this venue. Simon and Daniel alleviated my fears immediately. These two are thorough, full of integrity, and trustworthy. The venue is a gift that keeps giving— with ample space, lighting, audio, excellent bathroom facilities, and a surprise outdoor space. I cannot wait to host another event here and to work with Simon and Daniel again.

Creative Workspace & Event Venue in Miami I dont have enough great things to say about this space and the host! They have quite of bit of equipment and random photo needs that we were able to utilize, tons of space and amazing light. We would definitely book this location again if the opportunity arises!
