Very clean and beautiful home with a great view. Large driveway easy to park a cube truck in, and good street parking. Todd was fast to communicate with and nearby throughout the shoot.

An incredible experience, Todd was a highly attentive and helpful owner, and he helped us through every step of the process. The space itself is clean, wide open, and perfect for filming kitchen scenes or living room setups. Will definitely be back, thanks!

Great host, amazing location. Plenty of space to work, was in a quiet neighborhood for sound and looked great on camera. Host was friendly, accommodating and great with communication. Highly recommend.
