Dennis is extremely reliable, helpful, and flexible. We used this location for a weekend shoot, and he allowed my DP and I to visit multiple times before the shoot to scout the location, create a lighting plan, and even pre-light the night before to move as quickly as possible on the day. He's the nicest location owner you could ask for, and he's extremely understanding of the many limitations and compromises with which indie filmmakers are faced.
