Dennis is extremely reliable, helpful, and flexible. We used this location for a weekend shoot, and he allowed my DP and I to visit multiple times before the shoot to scout the location, create a lighting plan, and even pre-light the night before to move as quickly as possible on the day. He's the nicest location owner you could ask for, and he's extremely understanding of the many limitations and compromises with which indie filmmakers are faced.

Dennis & his wife were very friendly and helpful. The space was just what we needed and he made sure to give a good run down on how to use the facility. The in and out process was very simple and the area is pretty isolated and safe and near a Ralph’s that had everything we needed for last minute crafty, batteries etc. Thanks for having us.

This location was absolutely perfect for our filming and Dennis was such a pleasure to deal with, as we all know filmmaking has a lot of moving parts and we had to change dates more than a couple of times. He helped make things run more than smoothly. Thank you again and would 100 percent recommend.
