We had a great shoot here, Terry is very good with communication. Lots of space in the driveway to park and also you can rent Terry's other driveway. You will have to have a Film LA monitor there the whole time since it's a very popular street for filming.

West Coast Cape Cod My experience at this location was beyond exceptional. The host Terry could not have been more accommodating, from the booking, to the scout, to the actual event itself. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to execute exactly as needed, and provided a ton of additional support. The house itself is beautiful and there's some much outdoor space as well. There is amazing natural light throughout and a lot of wide open spaces. Even one of the attendees inquired about using the space for an event she is planning. This was a really important event for me and I'm so glad I was able to use this space. I would 100% recommend booking here and I will definitely be back again!

This house is a hard to find retro space that is in good shape, on a large lot and production friendly. The owner is amazing and helps navigate in this often filmed neighborhood. The neighborhood is pro-filming, and has a system worked out to make it easy for production to rent neighbors driveways, spaces, etc. I wish all locations had this kind of support.
All doorways are 36 inches, much wider than normal, which makes production so much easier. A really great find. Even if not the look you are going for, would recommend it as a great place to art out the world you want. A+ experience.
