Amazing location, amazing owners, would totally recommend to everyone I know! The house is in a perfect location where there’s food places within walking distance and it also masks out a lot of sound from outside which helps for audio purposes.

Kim is such a generous host!!! She was so lovely to talk to and she shares so much about the house and its history. And it’s GORGEOUS! It was a wonderful two day shoot we had and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out :)

This home is such a gem. It has a real timeless vibe that mixes old school charm with just the right touch of modern comfort. Every room feels like a set piece ready to go, from the vintage stove to the clawfoot tubs and even the porch with its rocking chair. Natural light hits perfectly through all the big windows, which made it so easy to shoot in. The space feels cozy and calm, and you can tell it has been really well taken care of. Kim was so easy to work with and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Would absolutely shoot here again and I highly recommend!

1910 Vintage House Step back in Time
Kim was very quick to respond and made sure we were well settled into the space. The location is beautiful with authentic architecture that you can't replicate in a modern space. The house is fully functional - 2 bathrooms, working kitchen, and a garage. While the quarters are a bit tight due to the authenticity of the age of the house, it looks amazing on screen. Thank you Kim, we had a wonderful experience today!
