Zaan and his partner Samantha are the proprietors of a very unique 10 acre estate near Lake Mohawk in New Jersey, just 50 miles from Manhattan. The property once named “El Morocco”, boasts decades of hosting large summer parties and celebrity friends of a well respected Manhattan restaurateur. Zaan has worked in the food and beverage industry for 13 years, specifically in restaurant management and fine wine imports/distribution.
