Just the girlfriend of a dude that she wants to celebrate by having a dinner for close friends. It will be far from any kind of "rager" or "event". These are all chill people who will just hang out and talk and eat. :) I will want to decorate if that is okay? Nothing crazy, just mostly balloons.

Modern Bel Air Home w/ City View & Sport Court
Sarah and her group were the perfect guests! Communicable from start to finish, punctual and the most respectful guests we’ve had in our home. I would highly recommend Sarah and her friends to any hosts considering renting their space.
