The location was excellent; the stage had plenty of space and was clean for our film shoot. Patrick is an awesome guy, and he is accommodating. Although this space deserves five stars, the only drawback was that it was not totally sound-proof for shooting films with dialogue or recording sound effects. We could hear the traffic noise from the adjacent street or nearby businesses, which interfered with recording clean sounds. Otherwise, it was an excellent stage for shooting film with no dialogue or sound effects to record as well as shooting photography. I will consider and recommend this stage for shooting if sound quality is not crucial or the sounds can be fixed in the post.
