The space was perfect for our intended use and Jim/Hallel was responsive to my questions and my requests to view the place and arrangements for picking up the key to the space. This is my first time renting a space using thisopenspace so I wasn't sure what to expect with regards to rules, regulations and contracts. The rental went pretty smoothly but I was expecting a formal contract of some sort to make it look more professional. The room is quite spacious and was perfect for our intended usage (youth-oriented with special band performance) but the rooms look unfinished with wires and electrical socket not properly installed on a wall which can be a safety hazard.
Overall, for how much it cost to rent, our intended usage of the space, and the communication with the host, the listing for this space is very good.
