Used the house to shoot a scripted digital piece. Place has an awesome aesthetic and is located in a fairly central part of town. Cute backyard provided a perfect lunch/crafty area. Brian was extremely polite and accommodating throughout the whole process and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
It's LA so of course parking in a residential area comes with it's problems. We shot on a Wednesday and unfortunately ran into a logistical snag w/ parking due to street sweeping. There's also a 2-hr limit on cars without passes. Although Brian was very generous in getting us a couple passes for the day we ultimately had to buy parking at the Vet Park down the road. Definitely didn't ruin the experience certainly a minor inconvenience to be aware of.
