Brian's location was great for our shoot! There was so much color inside & outside his house for us to shoot and was a great home base for our crew while shooting in Downtown Culver. The location was clean and Brian was great to work with for the shoot. Thank you again and we'll definitely book again!

Used the house to shoot a scripted digital piece. Place has an awesome aesthetic and is located in a fairly central part of town. Cute backyard provided a perfect lunch/crafty area. Brian was extremely polite and accommodating throughout the whole process and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
It's LA so of course parking in a residential area comes with it's problems. We shot on a Wednesday and unfortunately ran into a logistical snag w/ parking due to street sweeping. There's also a 2-hr limit on cars without passes. Although Brian was very generous in getting us a couple passes for the day we ultimately had to buy parking at the Vet Park down the road. Definitely didn't ruin the experience certainly a minor inconvenience to be aware of.
