Very Disappointed – Not Kid-Friendly or Considerate
I’m extremely disappointed with how this experience turned out. This was supposed to be a special day—my son’s 7th birthday party—but instead, it was stressful and uncomfortable for everyone.
From the beginning, the host seemed more concerned about their next event than ours. I completely understand having pool rules, but this was a kids’ party—of course the children were going to be excited and full of energy.
What really upset me was when the host made one of my guest’s daughters cry because she jumped into the pool right after putting on sunscreen. That situation could have been handled with kindness and understanding, especially since she’s just a child. Instead, it came off as harsh and unnecessary.
We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving early and finishing the party at my brother’s house, where thankfully he offered us his pool and the kids could actually enjoy themselves.
I truly believe we deserve some form of compensation for the way this day was handled. I would not recommend this rental for children’s parties or family events. There was a serious lack of warmth, flexibility, and basic hospitality
Let me start off by saying besides the property being a once in a lifetime experience but the owner Amit’s professionalism was there to match!
Always answering my millions of questions, showing the most patience, the house looks exactly how it does on the pictures if not even more stunning. The great part of this place is that it is a true experience from when you pull up to when you drive off. My friends were asking me how can they book this great house. It has everything you need and you really save a lot of money on decor because the house is an accessory on its own. It’s the best house on the street with an incredible add-on you wouldn’t even think of. There’s a captivating waterfall, heaters for a cold night and more than enough space where you and your guests are not on top of each other. And I had a lot of people on the premises, so it was great on that end.
As you drive up, it is a hill you go up and pull right to the house. There are 20 cars allowed in the driveway so it is good for small gathering is putting again if you want a larger gathering meat can accommodate. All you have to do is be transparent and open with the meat, but it comes to your vision and he will go through all the proper precautions so that you are not stressed on the day of your event. He goes over and beyond for his customers that it will leave you speechless.
The on-site manager he has for the premises his name is Basim and he is such a gentleman. The best part is, he’s not there to micromanage, but literally be of assistance to you. When I needed assistance with air conditioning and finding particular items, I called him and he came to me within two minutes and got me a resolution. It’s very helpful and you don’t think you really need that until the day of. Instead of having to message on an app when you are trying to locate something in a home, you get put into a group chat with the owner and the on-site person. It’s genius!
So long story short if you’re looking for a house for your next event, look no further and understand that you are paying for quality. It is worth every penny, and you will leave a lasting impression on your friends, family, guests. etc..
Amazing spot, I threw my Coachella themed 18th birthday there and had an amazing time. We purchased the pool, tv and mini golf very nice place. The host was great, answered all the questions we needed, left us alone for the party time and as attendees we clean up well after and had an amazing time. I am so happy how my 18th birthday party at this location turned out. I recommend this place very much because it has areas to relax, areas to party, and of course a pool with a slide! We got to set up an hour before, very helpful.
Absolutely beautiful!! Everything was beyond the photos. The hospitality was immaculate. Amit was on time responding everytime throughout the day. The venue felt as if I was on some kind of resort. All 43 of my guest was thrill, and cannot wait for me to book again of which I will … very soon. My daughter had the best time and for that I’m forever than
