Hi, I’m Griselda Espinoza – a longtime Real estate and Mortgage Broker, community builder, and business owner with a love for beautiful, functional spaces. I own and manage multiple locations across Los Angeles, including venues perfect for off-site meetings, filming, and creative gatherings. Each space is designed with care and intention, reflecting a balance of professional touch and neighborhood charm. I'm hands-on, communicative, and truly want your booking to be a success.
I really enjoy teaching my classes here. It’s quiet and has a lot of open space. The tables are great to layout my materials and supplies. Also there are great restaurants nearby if you ever want to get a bite after your sessions.
I keep coming back to rent this space because it’s a good space to do all my crafty work. The small kitchen area is good to have a snack break and the conference room can be used privately with the door closed. It has a nice business setup if you need to get some things done.
We loved shooting in this space! Griselda was super helpful and very kind! Would definitely shoot here again if we need another scene at some point in the future :) great all around!
