Great location for filming. Ilene was super accommodating, especially with our schedule. Plenty of space for crew to spread out, easy to load gear in and out. One of the neighbors doesn't like filming in his neighborhood, so make sure you have your permit on hand, so it doesn't interrupt your shooting schedule.
