Katie is the best location owner I have the pleasure to work with so far. She is super generous and also supportive of student filmmakers. Communication is very easy as she always picks up our calls and responds to our texts immediately.
The location itself is beautiful and spacious for production. However, please consult with FilmLA ahead of bookings as this is a sensitive neighborhood.
