The Luma Estate is an absolutely incredible space. We filmed a documentary sit down interview and the estate was a perfect production environment. Luz is an incredible host with great communication, and was super accommodating to our production needs. The space offers multiple unique interview looks, load in is seamless and easy, and it's incredible quiet. I highly recommend this space for all of your production needs!
I've rented this location twice! It was too beautiful to not come back. With that said, the real MVP is Maria, the owner. She's a dream to work with and was very amendable to the usual chaotic needs of a film production. As someone who regularly rents locations like this for films, I can safely say that she's the best of the best for a location manager :)
The location was beautiful, but honestly the best part was how WONDERFUL Maria the owner was to work with. This location was expensive for our budget, but we get everything we needed and more. I cannot recommend Maria enough.
Maria and Esteban were great hosts, so warm and accommodating. Maria helped whenever we had questions. The location is just as beautiful as the photos. Such an easy load in and out. So many options for places to do our interviews. Great space for crew to have holding. Available parking for crew and gear truck.
Staging for equipment inside and outside. This home is wonderful. I will be back.
