Ranch Like Property • Tropical & Desert Combined Easy communication with property manager and very cool guy. The owners were very nice and accommodating as well. I used this location for a lifestyle shoot and served as a versatile setting for home and nature hike type shots.

Is one of the best location managers I have ever worked with. We shot back to back days, with two totally different clients, that had very different production creative directions. He was attentive to not only the needs of the location, but to the needs of the crew. The property that he represented was in top-notch order and was a pleasure to utilize. My clients were extremely happy with the property and how it was managed; and that makes for a great shooting experience. We look forward to calling upon Cleiton the next time we need to utilize a property for our film and video productions.
