Downtown loft studio w/ natural light
Client was nice and arrived on time. Was supposed to leave the space by 3pm, did not leave on time and didn’t notify me to ask about staying. Client also damaged furniture and tried to prop it up and did not tell me and then blamed me for not having sturdy furniture and said I should list a weight limit on the furniture. Will not be renting to this person again.
