Great location and host. If recording sound, worth noting that it's an active neighborhood - gardeners, TVs at the neighbors, airplanes - that required frequent stopping/starting but even with that, we were happy to be working from this location.

Yvonne is a wonderful, creative, intelligent and beautiful woman, inside and out; so helpful, accommodating, courteous. She has incredible design sense - interior design, production design, jewelry design, the list goes on and on. The location was easy for load-in, load-out, parking. The garden is so zen and peaceful. What a great place to work for a day!
