This is a beautiful 2,800 sq ft space with high ceilings. It has big industrial windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has an incredible geometric mural that is amazing for shooting, wardrobe, or make up. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms located directly across the hall. It is fully equipped with two AC's and a ceiling fan. There are black velvet drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. The furniture and props can be moved around.

Great space, lot of amenities and Jonathan is very quick to respond. Parking will have to be a garage. Most all close at 6:30pm but some are willing to make deals. NOTE that the freight elevator needs a dedicated operator, and he leaves at 5:00pm every day. If you need him to stay later, you'll have to pay his overtime. While we were there, the front passenger elevator broke down. This space is on the 7th floor and while it didn't cause a bigger issue for our shoot, bringing equipment up could be a hassle with the strict schedule of the freight elevator.

Absolutely beautiful space - especially at night. The host was accommodating and communication was a breeze. Don’t worry about parking. There are plenty of lots less than a block away that will cut you a deal for your team to park at.

Jonathan is a great host and responds quickly. The space was just as we expected with tons of room to make the space our own.
