This is a beautiful 2,800 sq ft space with high ceilings. It has big industrial windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has an incredible geometric mural that is amazing for shooting, wardrobe, or make up. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms located directly across the hall. It is fully equipped with two AC's and a ceiling fan. There are black velvet drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. The furniture and props can be moved around.

The space was amazing, exactly as pictured! I had a really good time shooting there and you can really make the space whatever you need/want it to be. The only thing that was an issue is the parking/loading situation. There is no good place to load in equipment (as far as I know), we had to double park to unload equipment and run it up. Since I was doing a film shoot, it wasn't the ideal situation for that but for a photo shoot, the space would be great. If you plan to cover parking costs for a crew, be prepared to budget a lot for it, as most people will be parking in paid lots nearby.
