I'm a public speaker and best-selling author. A few years ago my studio was an old, run down 1930s garage. Then a tree fell on it and I was forced to design it and covert it into an amazing new 4-season space that was featured on HGTV! I don't need the studio all the time, so you can rent it.
I also run a counselling and writing coaching practice, and I lead workshops and retreats on forgiveness, healing and personal wellness.
I love to host people and make them feel welcome, so I can totally stay out of your hair while you're here, but I can also make muffins and amazing coffee....

I loved working in this cozy, light-filled, quiet and comfortable space. It's clear Shannon has put a lot of care in creating this space to help her do her best creative work and it's great that she's sharing it for others to do the same. Will be back!

This space was amazing - both the studio and hostess! Shannon renovated this garage studio into an inspiring and beautiful space for creatives like myself to use. This past weekend, I had my calligraphy workshop here and hosted 6 students. We loved the interior design and felt cozy there. There's also a gorgeous outdoor space where we enjoyed the sun! Shannon also went above and beyond in preparing coffee and teaching stationery for me to use. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely rent with Shannon again!
