Ethan’s place was perfect. The view from the balcony is truly unique and beautiful. It was a perfect backdrop for our shoot. The balcony space was much larger than I expected. You never see lofts in downtown LA with that much outdoor space. It was incredible. The inside is equally as impressive. The high vaulted ceilings with the historic paint job looks like you’re stepping back in time. Ethan even DJ’d some music for us during the production and created an amazing vibe. I would definitely book this space again. I highly recommend it.
