Azalea is the story of an encounter and a passion.
Of Iranian origin, Fanny Esfahani and her daughter Azalia arrived in Canada in 2001 and quickly made a place for themselves here. After many years in hotel catering with his brother, the time had come to carry out their own projects. So they created one with the Azalea restaurant.
Proud of their origins, the idea of offering a Persian-inspired menu emerged from the outset. Indeed, the Iranian tradition of seqing in front of various tasty and diverse small dishes, a little in the 'tapas' or 'mezze' way, seemed friendly and unifying to us.
The owner is the loveliest and most helpful lady. The place is super nice, beautiful terrace and the food is delicious. Everything is affordable, I highly reccommend. Merci Fanny pour ton aide !
We had our wedding reception at this amazing restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The host was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Every guest left happy and satisfied, thanks to the host's exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend, we had the best night!! Can’t wait to go back
Azalea is a wonderful place to film. If you are looking for a clean/classy and modern looking restaurant, this is the place. The owner of the restaurant is very nice and accommodating. She is very helpful and understanding as well!
