Anna is a friendly & down-to-business renter. She contacted me for a same-day rental and I was happy to oblige; the project was exactly what my space is designed for so we were a great fit. However there were a few issues: the door was left unlocked after she left, a small tripod was left behind, my instructions about turning out the lights were not followed, and an extra backdrop from my studio was used which was not part of our arrangement. She's a nice person, and I believe this might have been her first rental - so I'm sure her professionalism will improve as she rents more often and gains experience working in new & different places.
