Versatile downtown studio The studio space is absolutely amazing, and Jennifer and Robert couldn't be more accommodating. They were incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and genuinely caring. The space itself is very versatile, well-kept, and in the perfect location. I really appreciated all the help I got from Jennifer and Robert through every step of the booking process. Extremely happy to have made this decision!

Versatile downtown studio For any Student Film Project looking for corridors or a studio, this place is an excellent choice. The different types of corridors available as well as the large space to store equipment and gears make any kind of filming here simple and easy to manage.
Thank you to the owners for the help they provided us which made our project possible (even better than what my crew and I were expecting).

Versatile downtown studio We are so so happy with our experience of holding our private event at this space. It was perfect and many of our guests said how great the space is and even shared that they would like to have one of their future events held at this space. Rob was great with communication, so helpful with every aspect of our group coming to the space. I would definitely return to the space in the future and recommend this space for your events.
