Absolutely stunning place! Couldn't find any location more European and Medditeranean then this one 🔥🔥🔥 super clean and convenient. The owner is beyond helpful and incredibly nice to work with. Definitely booking for next collection photo shoot 🤙🏼😎
This was my second shoot here and it was just as good as the first. Such a cool location to have here in LA. The golden hour light on this wall is glorious. And communication with Emilynn was easy and quick. She's a great host.
Will be coming back again sometime.

The actual photoshoot location was very unique and our photos turned out amazing! Definitely recommend this space!
THIS IS SUCH A COOL SPOT!
You'd never know you were in a backyard in NoHo. Emilynn's place is clean, the light is amazing, the wall/stair backdrop is well done and kind of fantastic. This is a primo spot for a swim / lingerie / underwear campaign. The aesthetic is clean and sexy.
The sun hits the wall until about 6pm (from the side as it gets closer to sunset) and it is so BRIGHT and clean and sharp. It feels like a wall you'd find in Santorini, Greece. (One note: There are telephone wires in the background that you'll probably want to remove from the sky in post, but that's a 5 min Photoshop task.)
There are multiple chairs and tables, cool umbrellas, a very cool wood framed chaise lounger, and a couch set up off the back of the house in the shade with sheer curtains around it to soften the light.
There's a large garage space with a bathroom/shower for clothes racks, hair and MUA, extra tables to lay out accessories on, and it's nice to have a shaded spot if you need a break from the sun.
Communication with Emilynn was easy and friendly, with a fast response. She was so welcoming and kind. She has a fridge stocked with waters (which we drank our way through), and made herself available if you needed her.
Most importantly: The images looked SO GOOD.
Will def be shooting here again.
