Very clean space!
We’ll laid out with ample room and good parking. David was very communicative and helped us make sure we had everything we needed.

It was spacious. We used as a casting office. There was a small waiting room that seats about 4/5 people. Then in the main room has a smaller area next to a larger area. David was available for anything that came up. Street parking for 2 hours nearby. Will use again in the future!

We just shot a small green shoot with David and he really couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a unforeseen prop issue and David went above and beyond to help us out. He also rents wardrobe, weapons and has picture vehicles. We fully intend to utilize his space for future shoots.
